The Wearhouse includes a team of leading stylists and trendsetters, led by salon owner, Jullie Hammer, bringing each of our guests to an exceptional experience. The Wearhouse’s priority is to exceed our clients expectations, and provide them with knowledge to further care & maintain their hair. We believe that healthy hair care is an essential part of a healthy lifestyle.

Jullie has combined the world of haircare with architecture to create  artistry & a hair culture leading the Central Coast of California. The Wearhouse isn’t just a salon – it’s a destination. Enter our upstairs lobby and find a gallery of industrial & vintage studios, designed to connect cosmetology with engineering. We continue this mindset by only providing quality products in our salon to further our guests in their haircare needs & fashion driven objective. We’re bringing fashion & style to our shears; making the sidewalk your runway.

“The Wearhouse is place where you go not only for hair and makeup services, but a place to go for an experience and leave wearing your hair, wearing your make-up, wearing your extensions, but most of all wearing your beauty,”-Jullie Hammer.

The Wearhouse mindset of “Healthy Hair Healthy Lifestyle” is continued in house by only providing quality products in our salon. Davines is a small, family owned Italian color and product line that focus on the integrity of your hair. The founders of Davines wanted to separate themselves from other high quality lines and doing so they have structured a product that gives you the daily nutrients and hydration your hair needs from fruits, nuts, vegetables, and flower extracts.

WELCOME HOME to our Wearhouse Community!

We know the last few months have been challenging but we couldn't be happier to open our doors and welcome you back. As you are aware, state and local officials have set forth new recommended guidelines and we want to let you know that our salon is reopening in accordance with new recommended safety standards as they apply to our space and salon layout.

We have implemented many changes to help ensure we maintain 6 foot social distancing. As such, changes to the schedules of our stylists have been made and may have some impact on your next appointment.

HOW TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT:

Your stylist will be contacting you shortly to get you in for an appointment. If you haven’t heard from your stylist, feel free to call or text The Wearhouse at 805-835-3330 and we get you in touch with your stylist. At this time all appointments will only be booked through your stylist due to schedule and booking changes.

NEW WEARHOUSE OPERATING STANDARDS:

At this time, No walk-ins will be allowed. You must have a confirmed appointment to see your stylist.

CHECKING IN:

When you arrive for your appointment, notify your stylist via text or phone call. We ask that you remain in your car or wait outside until your stylist notifies you that they are ready to see you.

FEELING ILL:

Upon arrival we reserve the right to take your temperature before entering the salon. If you're experiencing any symptoms such as a fever, cough or sore throat etc, we are happy to reschedule your appointment for a time when you’re feeling well.

HAND SANITIZER:

Hand sanitizer will be available at every station, in the restrooms and at the reception desk.

CLEANING AND SANITIZING:

Your stylist is required to sanitize and disinfect all work stations and tools between appointments per state and local guidelines. Please be patient as they take the time to thoroughly clean.

PRODUCT PURCHASES:

If you do not have an appointment but would like to purchase products please call ahead and we can arrange a shopping time or curbside pickup. This will allow us to follow the suggested limit of clients inside the salon.

If you have an appointment you may purchase products at that time.

LIMITED GUESTS:

Only ONE CLIENT per service at a time. Individuals without appointments (especially children) are not allowed in the salon unless they have a service scheduled with another stylist. Due to reduced occupancy all waiting areas inside the salon have been removed.
