OPERATING and opening STANDARDS

WELCOME HOME to our Wearhouse Community!
We know the last few months have been challenging but we couldn't be happier to open our doors and welcome you back. As you are aware, state and local officials have set forth new recommended guidelines and we want to let you know that our salon is reopening in accordance with new recommended safety standards as they apply to our space and salon layout.
We have implemented many changes to help ensure we maintain 6 foot social distancing. As such, changes to the schedules of our stylists have been made and may have some impact on your next appointment.
HOW TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT:
Your stylist will be contacting you shortly to get you in for an appointment. If you haven’t heard from your stylist, feel free to call or text The Wearhouse at 805-835-3330 and we get you in touch with your stylist. At this time all appointments will only be booked through your stylist due to schedule and booking changes.
NEW WEARHOUSE OPERATING STANDARDS:
At this time, No walk-ins will be allowed. You must have a confirmed appointment to see your stylist.
When you arrive for your appointment, notify your stylist via text or phone call. We ask that you remain in your car or wait outside until your stylist notifies you that they are ready to see you.
Upon arrival we reserve the right to take your temperature before entering the salon. If you're experiencing any symptoms such as a fever, cough or sore throat etc, we are happy to reschedule your appointment for a time when you’re feeling well.
Face masks are recommended for all staff and clients but not required. Wearing a mask should be discussed between the stylist/staff member and client ahead of time. If you have forgotten your mask and would like to wear one, we have masks available for purchase.
Hand sanitizer will be available at every station, in the restrooms and at the reception desk.
CLEANING AND SANITIZING:
Your stylist is required to sanitize and disinfect all work stations and tools between appointments per state and local guidelines. Please be patient as they take the time to thoroughly clean.
If you do not have an appointment but would like to purchase products please call ahead and we can arrange a shopping time or curbside pickup. This will allow us to follow the suggested limit of clients inside the salon.
If you have an appointment you may purchase products at that time.
Only ONE CLIENT per service at a time. Individuals without appointments (especially children) are not allowed in the salon unless they have a service scheduled with another stylist. Due to reduced occupancy all waiting areas inside the salon have been removed.
For the foreseeable future, we will not be offering beverages, snacks or reading material. Upon request we have water available in a disposable paper cup.
Please limit the items you carry into the salon to your wallet, phone and keys.
Our POS terminal is disinfected frequently but if you prefer to not pass objects you may read your card information so that your stylist or the receptionist can manually enter your payment for you.
It goes without saying that we have missed you! But for the time being we cannot hug or shake hands. Please know that we're overjoyed to have you back!
Upon entering the salon we will be asking every guest to sign a one time COVID-19 Waiver and Release of Liability for THE WEARHOUSE, LLC. If you would like a copy of the wavier to review ahead of time please let your stylist know and a draft can be provided.
